- No account required. We don’t require you to create a profile to use AxoHabit.
- Most data stays on your device. Habits, streaks, settings, and Diamonds are primarily stored locally.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We may use RevenueCat to verify entitlements.
- Ads are served by partners. If you watch rewarded ads, ad partners (e.g., Google/AdMob) may collect device and ad interaction data.
- Merch store: The App may open a Shopify store inside an in-app browser view for physical merchandise.
- We do not sell your personal information.
1) Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Support communications: If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message (for example: screenshots, device details, or order details if you ask about a merch purchase).
1.2 Information stored on your device (Local App Data)
AxoHabit may store certain data locally on your device to make the App work and remember your progress. This may include:
- Habit data and progress (e.g., habit names, schedules, streaks, completion history)
- Bad-habit (“breaking habit”) tracking data (e.g., goals and progress)
- Focus Sessions data (e.g., session duration and completion)
- Virtual currency balances (e.g., “Diamonds”) and related game state
- Rewarded-ad viewing timestamps used to enforce viewing limits
- Unlocked content status (e.g., subscription entitlement flags, feature access)
- App preferences and settings
We do not require an account and we do not ask you to create a profile to use the App.
1.3 Purchases (Apple In-App Purchases) and entitlement verification
If you buy subscriptions or consumable items (such as Diamonds), the purchase is processed by Apple. We may use a third-party service (for example, RevenueCat) to help verify subscriptions and manage entitlements (such as “restore purchases”). We do not receive your full payment details (such as full card numbers).
1.4 Advertising (Rewarded Ads)
If the App shows rewarded ads (for example, via Google Mobile Ads / AdMob), advertising partners may automatically collect information such as:
- Device identifiers (e.g., advertising identifier), app instance identifiers
- IP address and approximate location (derived from IP)
- Ad interactions and performance data (e.g., impressions, clicks, reward completion)
- Device and network information (e.g., OS version, language, carrier)
1.5 Merch store (Shopify) and in-app web views
The App may include a button such as “Show AxoHabit Merch” that opens our merchandise store hosted on Shopify inside an in-app browser view. When you visit the merch store, Shopify and its partners may collect information directly from you (such as contact, shipping, and order details if you place an order) and may automatically collect device and usage data through cookies or similar technologies.

2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate the App and save your progress and settings
- Grant and manage virtual currency and in-app features
- Enforce rewarded-ad limits and prevent abuse/fraud
- Validate subscriptions and enable “restore purchases” (through Apple and our entitlement provider)
- Display rewarded ads and measure ad performance (through ad partners)
- Respond to your support requests (including questions about merch orders if you contact us)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
3) How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with the following types of third parties:

5) Data Retention
- Local App data: Most progress and virtual currency data is stored on your device and generally remains until you delete the App or clear its data.
- Rewarded-ad timestamps: Stored locally as needed to enforce time-based limits and may be pruned over time.
- Purchase/entitlement records: Apple and our entitlement provider may retain records as needed to validate ownership, provide restore purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Support emails: If you contact us, we may retain your message and our replies for a reasonable period to provide support and for recordkeeping.
- Merch store data: Order and shipping information collected on the Shopify merch store is retained according to the store’s and Shopify’s policies.
6) Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Children’s Privacy

8) International Data Transfers

- Local App data: You can remove locally stored data by deleting the App (this may delete your progress and virtual currency).

We do not sell personal information. Some advertising-related data sharing may be considered “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws when used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
